30. Soft?...and squishy?

This episode was recorded in late February 2024, where we discussed a variety of topics surrounding empathy as a dynamic of our species and how our four-legged friends can help us improve our ability to possess and exercise it. Forming a bond with pets is a key component of this, and one of the reasons it's important for us to not tune out our connection to the rest of the animal kingdom and become too divided by the socioeconomic landscape, which only puts undue pressure on us in the end.
