By being the creatures of habit that we are, it's important to still make room for expecting things to make less and less sense. With having to navigate the times and the weather, we should be prepared to increase our mental flexibility, and willingness to adapt, as much as possible.

25. Pruning the BS branches from our brains

23. Are we creatures of rhythmic evolution?

We get into some fun topics like the missing link in human evolution, lending to a more-likely-than-not chromosome intervention, and the role of our microbiome; to the point where it's sad to think how ignorance of such potential can lead to similar scenarios, like that of the one Mike Judge depicts in his film, Idiocracy.

22. Tending to the soul's health

We talked about how living in the world means living with each other, and that every individual needs to find a way to summon their own unique capacity for work ethic, in a way that supports sustainable co-habitation. Hopefully, we can find a sense of hope and appreciation for who we are, and what we have to work with, on an individual level through the new research on the energetic relationship between the heart and the brain. And recognize what the healthcare system is doing to our perspectives of our health.
